BollyBeats® choreographies are full of flavour and expression. Dance to Bollywood, Bhangra, IndiPop, Regional and Global hits along with some BollyBeats® Originals.

THE PROGRAM

BollyBeats® class is a continuous 50-60 minutes workout, with the combination of Dance Animations along with Body weight training (POWEROF10) carefully interwoven in the playlist ending with yoga inspired stretches.

CHOREO IDEOLOGY

BollyBeats® Choreos are Dance Animations and NOT Dance - Fitness choreos meaning, the choreos don't have fitness variations rather they are easy to follow progressive dance choreographies. We believe that choreographies should be fun and enjoyable. If you are having fun you will burn more calories!

POWER OF 10 & YOGA STRETCHES

Improve your strength, stamina & flexibility by progressively conditioning your body to do more in the class. "Power of 10" & Yoga gives you that extra bit to get the results you always hoped for!
