Membership Cancellation and Returns Policy

BollyBeats Fitness LLP (BollyBeats) reserves the right to refuse/cancel the BBPRO Membership. If BollyBeats refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations for plans apart from the monthly subscriptions, received within 14 days of new registrations may be eligible to receive a full refund less INR 500 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

For Monthly recurring subscriptions, the requests for the cancellation received within 14 days of the charge will be cancelled in the same monthly cycle. If request is received post the 14 days of the previous charge, the cancellation will be done in the subsequent month.

Cancellations will be accepted e-mail only (support@bollybeats.in), and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:

  • All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
